Show Your Space was founded in May of 2010 by NYU roommates, Ilya Smelansky and Andrew Soltys.

After spending countless frustrated hours looking at listings online for a new apartment, the two realized there was a real demand for an improved way to buy and sell real estate.

Using the latest in 3D technology, the duo created a way to show apartments that simulates actually being there. Their new service, 3D Flythroughs, allows a prospective buyer to “fly” through an apartment no matter how complex. For more information, please see our services page.

The two work to handle all business and creative elements of Show Your Space, but we are hiring.
